Research And Implementation Of A Communication System In Command Of Emergency Centralized Control System

With programmable logic controller (PLC programmable controller, questions)technology and multimedia interactive devices-touch panel (TP), touch technologydevelopment, based on both centralized control system also has been continuouslyoptimize and popularized. High stability, strong field integrated control adaptability,convenient dilatancy function, concise humanized operate interface, making thecentralized control system in industrial automatic control, communication industry, thecommand and control system, monitoring system and many other fields has broadapplication and development prospect.This paper has described the principle, basic structure of TP PLC, introduces thedesign method and system integration scheme and centralized control system werediscussed; combining with practical application, analyses the hardware design schemeand software design idea of control system. According to the central control system ofrelay control, serial communication control, infrared control, network control protocol,discusses the current international and domestic control theory and most centralizedcontrol method, elaborates the principle and its application in this case, combined withthe characteristics and performance of engineering requirements, the whole controlsystem for automatic control system design. According to the case of emergencycommunication system functional requirements, the centralized control system withprogrammable logic controller and pip touch screen preparation have a variety ofcontrol functions, and provides a good development platform and concise stableinteractive interface, combined with peripheral equipment, such as power supplycontroller, a volume controller, light adjustment module, network control card, serialdistributor, the various control field has broad space for development. The centralizedcontrol system making use of the programming software and touch screen programmingsoftware, fusion equipment platform equipped with emergency communicationcommand system, completed the debugging and software. This paper uses the modulardesign, a detailed analysis of the design principle of main control module, audio andvideo switching module and infrared remote control module. In multiple projects, I have adopted the central control system design scheme, thelong-term operational testing and repeated improvement upgrades, reached the wholesystem’s stability, reliability and good real-time, fully meet emergency commandcommunication system of centralized control system functional requirements.
