Research On The Dual Network Communication Module Based On MicroBlaze

MicroBlaze has been widely used in intelligent home appliances,industrial control and avionics design.At present,the domestic aircraft fleet is expanding continuously and the demand of aviation control equipment is surging,all major companies are involved in the research and development of aviation control equipment.Based on the project of haigeryunxi's multi-point location query transmitter,this paper designs a set of dual-network communication module based on MicroBlaze,which has been tested and proved to be of high practical application value.This article uses the MicroBlaze processor as the core design to research the performance of the module hardware chip,type selection and the construction of the carrier to complete the whole hardware circuit.The hardware design using the processor control two separate for data reception work to reduce the effects on the continuity of data transmission and network malfunction.The quality of network communication determines the practical application of the design value,so the communication use LwIP protocol as its protocol.The LwIP protocol inherit the main functions of the TCP protocol with less RAM usage and suitable for the design.The network control chip used in the design can changes in the process of 10 MBPS / 100 MBPS speed switch according to the practical use of network situation at the same time to meet the demand of the system in practical application.the MicroBlaze soft core online design is the features and key of the design,After using the XPS to edit soft core processor,the SDK can add all function IP core and according to the hardware design circuit complete IP core connected to the processor.when all the circumstances of IP core and the attachment is mapped to a FPGA chip table generated in the network and the configuration file,then using the SDK to call each IP core applications and interface function up,generate the corresponding after complete control of the IP core elf file,the last one is to write out the driving function of the IP core and integrating software and hardware of executable files,realizing the coordination of the whole system hardware and software and the function of communication.The final test results show that the design of communication module communication quality meet the needs of the market,the multipoint ask transmitter based on this communication module used in chongqing,wuhan,guangzhou and other more airport has played a positive role and also won the praise of users.
