Content: According to plan of 3GPP, 3G Standard is divided several phases, Which is release 99, release 4, release 5 and soon, now, release 99 and release 4 have been finished by 3GPP, and the standardization of release 5 is working. It is the most important feature that introducing ALL IP Network into 3G Network, which is the trend of the future mobile communication and the flag of band wide mobile network. This paper research architecture of core network evolution and offer a optional revolutions which fits to new cooperator in china. Basing on the architecture of ALL IP Network, this paper defines the functions of network entities, and analyses basic flow which implement multimedia service, such as the discovery procedure of the local CSCF, register and session procedure. Basing on researching of ALL IP core Network, this paper offer the protocols about 3G ALL IP Network. It is the way to ALL IP Network, this pape offer the idea of separately of the control and data forward. The other one is Hardware Forward, and analyses the implement multimedia service and 3G separately of control and data forwarding protocols. Then, adapting Netword processor to forward control protocols packets. Forward rate is over flow 30 times better than software forwarding. And machine cabinet is an half of it.
