In recent years,our country has made great efforts to promote economic development,and the living standard of our people has been greatly improved.Therefore,the demand for food is becoming higher and higher.Since the 12 th Five-Year,with the support and market demand of the government,our livestock industry has been developing rapidly,providing a guarantee for the market supply and raising the income of farmers.But it also brings a series of problems,such as pollution of the environment,the harm of the virus and so on.Therefore,the culture of green ecology is very important.Premier Li Keqiang proposed for the first time on the "Internet plus" program in the three session of the twelve National People's Congress,promote the healthy development of the internet.Therefore,the combination of green culture and the Internet has an excellent development prospect.In view of the above situation,this dissertation designed the island health information service network platform.This system is mainly aimed at aquaculture,and combines aquaculture and Internet to realize scientific management.The platform was built on the PC side,combined with the Baidu map,and displayed the pond in the map.The management department can add,delete and modify the information of the aquaculture ponds,and the users can communicate with each other about the culture.This can not only make the management department simple and effective management,but also allow the farmers to exchange culture technology.In this dissertation,the importance of health culture and the significance of this study were first clarified,and the status of aquaculture was studied.Then it analyzes and studies the technology needed for the island health culture information service network platform.Finally,the functional demand analysis of the island health breeding information service network platform is carried out.According to the needs,various functional modules are designed,and the island health breeding information service network platform is developed.JAVAWEB technology is mainly used to implement the platform,design of the system after the release of the network platform,such management personnel only in the network coverage of the situation can be thesame computer to log on to the platform to see the management departments within the jurisdiction of the aquaculture pond breeding information.
