Currently,telecommunications operators promote their broadband services mainly through advertisements,SMS and telephones.Users with demands will first make consultations via voice and artificial service on telephones and then go to the telecommunications outlets to handle the business.This model of service marketing and handling is a relatively traditional one,which requires users to drive the demands and push operators to passively deliver services,with long and inefficient service process as well as poor service quality.So it is no longer suitable for the mobile Internet era's marketing philosophy of mobile-based and customer-centered proactive marketing and one-stop services.This study proposes a design solution for broadband marketing management system in B/S model based on electronic maps.First,the overall architecture of broadband marketing management system is designed.The system software structure plans the functions and workflows of the system.Second,the solution designs and implements the function to collect the coordinate information of communities.Via Baidu Map's JavaScript API,this function can obtain the community coordinate information in three methods: To make address parse on community keywords,to make address conversion on GPS coordinates collected from positioning devices,and to make manual positioning on maps.Then,a map-operated online broadband appointment processing procedure is designed to deliver,through maps,such functions as broadband inquiry,appointment registration and appointment follow-up.Finally,the construction appointment function for communities is designed and implemented,which can collect the demands for broadband from users in the broadband-unavailable communities,make statistical analysis of data,and show the urgency of users' demands for broadband by using heat maps.Based on Java EE development platform,this system uses MVC layered architecture for program organization and construction and writes server-side programs in Java.In the end,this research provides a set of e-map based broadband marketing management system for telecommunication operators.Through map-based presentation and operation,it realizes a marketing model for community information collection,broadband inquery,business appointment registration,and follow-up tracking.It can improve the broadband installation base,widen community coverage,increase revenues,and raise brand awareness.It also provides strong data support for operators to makedecisions on outlet layout,collect and understand information on customers' dynamics and preferences,and conduct risk assessments and performance analysis.
