In today’s society, urban construction’s scale is becoming more and more big, the developing speed of science and technology is more and more rapidly, urban lighting management technology development in large cities, even some second tier cities has become the measure of the construction of the cities. Improving the speed of information management of urban lighting facilities, developing a more intelligent lighting management, not only can save energy and improve the work efficiency, but also can ensure urban safety. Taking effective control management, such as line control, point control and point test, to achieve the "five remote" (remote control, telemetry, remote control, remote viewing, remote communication),to enhance the modernization, level of urban lighting management, will have great significance for urban development.The lighting facilities in the city under the background of information management, researching the problem of lighting of Tongchuan city Shanxi province, listing some functions of the system, such as user management, lighting management, map operation and lighting group management, report management and lighting facilities planning management. Achieving lighting management, map operation and lighting group management and other functions.The main works include:firstly, I have achieved the requirement analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis, established the framework of the system. Secondly, based on the overall framework of the system, the paper adopts modular way to design the lighting facilities management system. Finally, combined with the characteristics of the lighting facilities management, using B/S architecture, C#, ASP.NET. SQLServcr2008,Baidu map API to design and develop the specific functional modules of the whole Tongchuan city lighting management system. And I have developed city lighting facilities planning which is different from the ordinary lighting facilities management, realizing the automation management of the lighting facilities.To sum up, through the analysis and design of the city of Tongchuan province Shanxi city lighting management system, I can achieve information management of the lighting facilities in the city, it will play a certain role in the promotion of the modernization of Tongchuan city.
