With the rapid development of information technology,the equipment manufacturing industry has higher and higher requirements for the automatic test of the comprehensive performance index of the circuit board.The traditional single-index artificial split test is inefficient and long-term,and human factors have a great influence on the test results.Therefore,the automated multi-parameter comprehensive test system gradually replaces the manual discrete test.Currently on the market circuit board testing system is mostly based on a single bus to complete the test of individual functions,it is difficult to meet the test requirements of the board more parameters.Therefore,according to the requirements of the functions and indexes,this thesis based on the requirements of the circuit board testing of a refrigerator-driven controller in an institute,designs the overall scheme of the circuit board automatic test system based on multiple buses.Participate in the construction of test platform,focusing on the completion of the functional design and development of software.The main research contents are as follows:1.Studied test system of the circuit board automatic and multi-bus test system technology research status;analyzed the user's functional requirements and technical requirements,participated in the overall system design and the construction of the test platform.2.Researched the common bus technology of the instrument test system is researched.According to the test instrument interface selected in the thesis research scheme,the basic characteristics,communication protocol and software programming of GPIB,LXI and RS232 bus technology are deeply studied.3.According to the requirements of the system PC software and the specific needs of users,the PC software program is designed.Through the research of MYSQL database,C/S structure,SCPI program command set and VISA function library and other related key technologies,this thesis used modular programming to complete the software management of the host computer,station management,test object management,instrument management,system monitoring,alarm query,query statistics module development work.4.Based on a research institute driven controller circuit board,the actual test of each functional module of the system was carried out.The test results show that the system can stably realize the measured circuit of voltage,current,frequency,power,conversion efficiency and distortion,the user interface of software can display real-time test data and real-time curve,the performance indicators to meet user requirements,designed to achieve the desired purpose.By comparing with the existing automatic circuit board testing system,this thesis designed a multi-bus based automatic test to meet the measurement requirements of multiple parameters and has the versatility.It also has system monitoring,rights management and improves the log management.The system has four workstations,which can simultaneously test multiple circuit boards simultaneously to meet the requirements of batch testing.Through the actual test and verification,the automatic test system based on multi-bus designed in this thesis runs stably,operates flexibly and conveniently,and has good use value and application prospect in the field of circuit board automatic test.
