In a certain type of product in the production process of circuit components, the need to develop a set of automation system for automatic debugging, debugging work of each circuit component, and can complete the circuit test and stress test. After consideration of the structure of the automatic test system hardware, decided to adopt the integral structure, the installation of discrete instrument in the cabinet in the chassis so,the prerequisite to meet the system test resources, can also provide the test debugging method for operator.After the establishment of the overall system structure, considering the current most desktop instruments are equipped with USB communication interface, and support the NI-VISA driver, therefore, decided to USB interface as the instrument interface communication system of internal unity, this helps to simplify the hardware structure of communication interface and software programming.Therefore, this system also were designed with USB interface switch matrix circuit and multiple current monitoring circuit, and supports USBTMC interface protocol,followed by the SCPI command specification, so as to further meet the requirements of NI-VISA library for measurement and test instrument interface.Considering the system users to each assembly debugging personnel primarily, does not have the ability to program, using the traditional programming approach for TPS design and development.And, in a small batch, multi component production activities, it is impossible to make the TPS developers to be familiar with multiple componentsthe, and completed soon. Therefore, the system design of a simple to use TPS development and runtime environment, so as to make each component debugging personnel can through the instrument panel, to expect to obtain test results rather than mere instrument settings as a direct target, one by one to complete the configuration testing process, TPS development work finally completed the circuit assembly. The TPS file to configure the file forms create,edit and executed, without the need for program compiling and debugging.In order to realize the function, the design is created in the instrument panel interface. The instrument panel are in the form of dynamic link library in the TPS files edit, execution and other links, from the TPS development and runtime environment in order to achieve the function call.This paper will start from the system structure of software and hardware, stepwise refinement introduces characteristic of the system.
