Water is the most active factor in nature and the material basis of all life activities.However,with the rapid development of society and economy,the global demand for water resources has increased rapidly.Coupled with the increasing water pollution,water shortages and water environment pollution have become the common crisis facing humanity today.It is one of the effective ways to solve the crisis of water resources by improving the effective management and control of basin water resources through water conservancy informatization.With the acceleration of the national water conservancy informatization process,advanced information technology and water conservancy businesses have gradually achieved deep integration.significant improvements have been made in security systems such as infrastructure.business systems.infrastructure support,and network security.However,there are still problems such as unbalanced development of water conservancy informatization infrastructure.difficulties in the sharing of water resources information resources,lack of Cross-sectoral business coordination capabilities and comprehensive decision-making capabilities and other issues.These problems have seriously affected the overall benefits of the water conservancy informatization system.Therefore.the construction of a unified information-based monitoring and management system to achieve information sharing and business synergy is of great significance to promoting the construction of water conservancy informatization.This study area is the Jinciquan basin,based on J2EE technology system,combined with cutting-edge technology methods to explore the integration technology of water conservancy information system,providing a feasible solution for the unified management,unified application,data sharing and business collaboration of water conservancy business.The application of data mining.data visualization and artificial intelligence to water resources management systems has made an attempt to integrate cutting-edge technologies such as water information technology and big data.The main research results are as follows:(1)Considering the hydrological conditions,weather conditions,water conservancy infrastructure,and existing water conservancy information systems in Jinciquan basin,the integration plan of water resources information monitoring and management platform was put forward,and the technical architecture and functional structure of the platform were designed,demonstrated the feasibility of the integration of water conservancy business systems;(2)Two data fusion schemes of data extraction based on the Kettle of the ETL tool and based on the wireless data transmission of the GPRS network are implemented,and the process of water data extraction,cleaning,conversion and loading is completed,the core directory of water resources data resources applicable to Jinciquan basin was initially established.(3)The SSH framework was used to complete the development of a multi-tier distributed water resources information monitoring and management platform.The data visualization and data analysis were realized using Echarts.Using the map module in Echarts and Baidu map API to complete the functional integration of the platform and GIS system.(4)The quantitative analysis of water quantity in the Jinciquan basin was completed.Firstly,using local weighted linear regression algorithm to complete the fitting of water level and flow relationship.Then use the arithmetic mean method and the water balance method to complete the estimation of precipitation and evaporation in the river basin.Finally.according to the water balance equation of the river basin,the precomputation of the water volume of the river basin within the sample period was completed,which provided a scientific basis for the supply and demand allocation and planning management of water resources in the river basin.
