Study On Water Dispatching Of Shiyang River Basin And Software Development

The ShiYang River basin is in the east of HeXi aisle in GanSu province.It is one of the three biggest rivers in GanSu province. The ecological crisis is very serious in lower reaches of ShiYang River. Some people could not live there either, so they become displaced person and move away. This problem has already caused high value of the national leadership and social public. In October 2005, the provincial government and the water conservancy hall constituted《the point manages to program the implement project of five years(2006-2010) in the near future of the ShiYang River basin》.It is plan to dispatch water from the upriver which has six rivers to the lower reaches of ShiYang River. And It constitutes the plan that how to dispatch the water for the whole year. Namely the water that MinQin(it is controlled by CaiQi) should receive depends on the total water of the whole year that the six rivers will have. However while it carries out, each months should dispatch water to the lower reaches of ShiYang River, to guarantee that the people in MinQin have enough water to use. And it also will do its endeavor to accord with the plan for the year. The paper will study and constitute the water plan for each month, depending on the water plan of the year, and develop software for the plan. The main contents as follows:(1)The analysis of the hydrology data .Include: analyzing the frequency of water for each river, the relativity analysis, the connection analysis.(2) Forecasting the water for a long period of time. The paper analyzes some forecast methods for a long period of time which are often used. Following the plan of water dispatching of the ShiYang River, the paper selects the best method for forecasting.(3)Constituting the plan of water dispatching. It is plan to dispatch water from the six rivers to the lower reaches of ShiYang River. Depending on the water plan of the year, the paper constitutes the water plan for each month. It will use the method of cumulative amending for each month; and then make the total water which had dispatched accord with the plan for year, in the end of the year. According with this method, it uses the cumulative water of months to forecast the total water of the year. And the precision will become better each month.(4)Software development for dispatching. Depending on the plan of dispatching, the paper develops software for water dispatching with Visual Basic. And it makes the water dispatching become more convenient, more accurate and more efficiency.
