In the modern construction project management, contract management has a very important position, Contract management has a direct impact on the smooth progress of construction projects, construction projects directly determines the success or failure. And contract management was largely dependent on the corresponding information systems are timely and accurately provide all required information to decision makers. Currently the Engineering Project Contract Management of Guizhou Liupan shui Expressway Co., Ltd is basically in electronic work and a semi-manual stage , whitch can not meet the requirements of the times the market economy; Although the market Many software companies developed out of a contract management system, it isn't fit for the needs of the Guizhou Expressway Co., Ltd. construction project contract management.In view of this situation, combined with the practical needs of this project, we propose a UML-based contract management system and design. By understanding this thesis Research domestic and international contract management system, understand the contract, engineering contract, the Unified Modeling Language (UML), programming languages and databases relevant basic theory and detailed site investigation Guizhou Expressway contract management of water demand of the system, then UML-based modeling, a detailed analysis of the water tray in Guizhou Expressway modeling contract management system, including static modeling, dynamic modeling and physical modeling, the final design a water tray in Guizhou Expressway contract management system.This thesis hrough the use of modern Internet and communication technology effectively to achieve works of the various information sharing between the participating parties, the contract can be shared and be valuable information at any time check, helping the senior policy makers of construction projects to obtain information efficient rapidly .And this will also develop the decision-making and decision-making quality; By the implementation of contracts in real time dynamic control, the system can improve the overall management level; with the use of UML in modeling the consistency and standardization, it can fully guarantee the share of system design, stability, availability and scalability resistance, easy maintenance.
