In the past, the construction of e-government systems engineering process is accordingto their respective levels of government are planning to conduct an independent design andimplementation, lack of unified planning and implementation of standards, thus leading toefficient integration and sharing of resources among the various government systems are nothigh, the system repeats the development of the phenomenon is relatively common, resultingin a large waste of resources, government systems can not adapt well to the exchange ofinformation, sharing and unified management requirements current.In recent years, as China’s increasing emphasis on government information constructionwork, government departments network, software and hardware infrastructure has beengradually tend to improve, in order to solve the above problems, this paper-governmentresource integration and sharing platform for the study, by analyze the platform design anddevelopment process, discussed in the J2EE platform integration and sharing of governmentresources, methods, the research work in this thesis includes:(1) analysis of government resource integration and sharing platform. From the reality ofthe current government management starting work, through the platform of managementoptions to study, analyze business requirements platforms, functional requirements,performance requirements, and data sharing and exchange, while according to the differentgovernment departments and social sector management information program data resourcesand content to determine the structure of the type of platform.(2) Design of administrative integration and sharing platform for the overall program.From the integration of government resources and the needs of the department analyze theexchange starting on the overall solution platform, functional and structural framework of theimplementation process core technology for analysis and research.(3) Design and implementation of administrative resource integration and sharingplatform module. On the design and implementation of the platform’s core function modulein-depth analysis and research, including aspects of government resource directory functions,information exchange, data repository functionality and platform security system and so on.The study of this thesis is to use a combination of theory and practical method based on J2EE platform, XML technology and database technology, based on the government toachieve the integration and sharing of resources between heterogeneous distributede-government system for improving government departments the quality and efficiency ofgovernment administration has a certain reference value and the reference value.
