Design And Realization Of Oil Sales Management System Based On B/S Structure

Sales is that enterprise products access to market channels,it plays a crucial role in the process of the development of enterprises.Enterprises to achieve rapid development,it must pay attention to and regulate sales practices,to sales management as an important content in the enterprise management.According to the present situation of backward domestic oil sales enterprise management methods,with a basis of a field investigation on certain oil companies sales information management system,integrating the business processes of oil field,puts forward to the informatization construction program of the oil sales field,on the basis,complete the present system design and development.The development process is based on the waterfall model.Software development process is carried out according to the development plan,requirement analysis,system design,software implementation,software test specification.This paper is based on the completion of the software development documentation,mainly includes five parts:First,related technology research,research three-tier technology framework structure based on B/S model,related technology of Java fields,and SQL Server database management system;second,demand analysis is mainly from the business requirements of the system to analyze from the feasibility analysis,requirements specification,user analysis,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,performance requirements,and other aspects,the functional requirements as a key using case diagrams technology;Third system design,software design principles as the basis for the framework structure design,functional design,detailed design and class diagrams abbreviated design,detailed design as a key work using activity diagrams technology;Fourth database design,database design process is basis for a concept design,logic structure design,physical structure design and design of security and secret;Fifth,system implementation,use of object-oriented development method,using components and software reuse technology,follow the golden rule of software interface design,the various functional modules are implemented in accordance with unit testing,integration testing,validation testing and system testing process to complete the test.This system is to follow the principles and methods of systems engineering,the use of object-oriented software development methods established advanced oil sales management system.The successful application of this system,not only can reduce the labor of workers,the work standardization,process,information,but also can improve the oil sales work quality and service efficiency,for oil sales enterprises to improve economic efficiency,to achieve leapfrog development provides a wide space.With the rapid development of information technology,the system also need to constantly improve,in order to adapt to the changing needs of enterprises.
