Enterprise Resourses Planning (ERP), a central conception and technology for the growth of modern corporate, indicates the direction and trend of the progress of the enterprise management. Sales management system is a key subsystem of ERP, which aims to layout the corporate production management on the basis of clients' demands. Whether the sales management system is a success or not has an immediate impact on the overall operation of an enterprise. It therefore matters significantly in enhancing corporate information construction how to realize a powerful and pragmatic sales management system fit for medium and small enterprises via scientific analysis and design.UML is a well-defined, easily expressed and powerful modeling language, it melts into new ideas, new methods and new technology of software engineering. It not only supports objected oriented analysis and designing, but also supports the whole process of software development. Using UML to realize system model, firstly, it reveals and reduces risk in the early modeling process; secondly, it helps designers control the complexity of system, and makes the structure of system be more reasonable, and improves the efficiency of exploitation.This paper firstly presents a brief introduction to the MIS R&D thinking and the modeling technique on the basis of UML, then introduces the requirement analysis technique of MIS, and finally elaborates the design and realization techniques for the development of medium and small corporate sales management system via a case study of the designing and realization of FGKH-Sales Management System. |
