Apart from what has been mentioned above, versatile marketing methods, including printed advertisements, agency networksand e-commerce, is yet another factor that spells the elimination of traditional model of real estate sales system since housing corporations cannot make accurate or objective judgments promptly without instantly updated market information. On the basis of observations of the housing corporations, the paper is dedicated to providing references for corporations in the process of policy-making to restruct the information management system, which is featuring a better access to information, a higher degree of automation and better use of internet.Browser/Server Mode is a well-received system of information application for its accessibility, flexibility and interactivity in many industries, thus it is particularly conducive to applying sales information for the housing industry. J2 EE, a sales management system, the setup of which I have been fully engaged in, is used for information collection and information management. Given that participation involves its demand analysis, framework design and subsequent inspection, the author has a fairly profound knowledge about the J2 EE system. As a result, the entire management system is developed on the basis of J2 EE technology and Tomcat server and theoretically, ID detection can be applied to differentiate users’ access to information.In the first part of the paper, a brief introduction is given about the main functions and structures of the real-estate sales management system. And we elaborate on the conditions for execution of different functions, based on which we figure out both the concrete designs of the system structures, database objects and their classifications and the core code of hierarchical analysis. The second part of the paper specializes in solutions to such practical problems of running a real estate company, including management module, demand analysis and decision-making processes. In the last part of the paper, we apply the management system to the simulated case in capacity of a client to draw conclusions on the test conditions, software performance and testing results, etc. Basically, the system has fulfilled the aspiration of the housing industry. A web application of J2 EE renders the system operable and profitable.
