In today's highly developed commercial society, a successful multinational computer manufacturer will have a huge after-sales service network. Managing the after-sales service network through the software platform is the only way to achieve high efficiency and low cost. Based on this background, this system is developed as a specialized after-sales service management system.This system is an integrated maintenance service platform which contains six modules. Based on B/S structure, it provides use to all the maintenance service providers, spare parts warehouses, and management staff through the internet. Through this platform, maintenance service providers will be able to manage their own maintenance cases, and get real-time understanding of their maintenance spare parts inventory. And spare parts warehouses will be able to manage applications, procurements, allocations, special cases, inventories, monthly statements and other functions. And management staff will be able to examine the various processes, and clear monthly the maintenance costs, material fees of maintenance services providers. The system is full-featured, easy to operate, and easy to manage. In addition, B/S structure can also be used to ensure that personnel are free from time, geographical restrictions, and get access to the system anytime, anywhere.This thesis has a detailed description of the maintenance module. It consists of four parts, and first of all is to introduce the project backgrounds, project objectives, contents, etc. Followed by is needs analysis phase that described the needs of customers, and from which abstracted use case diagrams, and then through the activity diagrams to describe the use case diagrams. In the design phase, first of all, made sure the system architecture, then designed the class diagram and the database structure. In the realization phase, described the realization of each function, and wrote test cases to ensure the system quality. The UML, graphical analysis and design methods, made it easy to understand the model, and resulted in easy communication between developers and users. And it greatly improved the development efficiency.
