The Design And Implementation Of Electrical And Mechanical Product Sales Management System

The products sale is the vitality fountain of the machine manufacturing enterprise, and the sale management style affects the production and management of the company. And in the mechanical and electrical products sale process of the company, the data was recorded mainly by using the Excel, the manual work amount was so tremendous. With the rapid growth of the sales volume, the tremendous sales data should be managed reasonably and efficiently as soon as possible, so it is important to design a kind of computer information management system. The author designed a kind of mechanical and electrical products sale management system scheme based on the J2 EE system, and this system was developed finally. This system was presented according to the research achievement about the processes in the mechanical and electrical products sale management field of the author, which was of maneuverability and practicalness.In this paper, the research background, research status at home and abroad, the main problems and solutions of the research, the technical feasibility analysis, and the technical route and measures were presented firstly. Then, the three layer development framework of the J2 EE was analyzed, the solutions and technical advantages of the SOA was concluded by analyzing the SOA framework. The system development background was presented, and the online purchasing process, the backstage business process, the goods content management process and the order information management process were analyzed. And the requirements of the forestage and backstage of the system were established. The online sales system of the mechanical and electrical products was designed based on the SOA architecture. The design target of the system was presented, the system framework design was analyzed, the function modules including were completed. The database design was analyzed. Finally, the goods classification module, goods information publish module, order information management module, shopping cart module and the WEB service of the order information management were designed. Then the system deployment scheme was presented, the goods information publish, goods classification and user order placing were tested.
