This system development plan according to the needs of the users is proposed, which confirms that the system is based on B/S model and be in Visual Studio development platform, with asp.net technology and SQL Server database, using c # language to realize it. Based on the scheme of the system, six big function applications are realized, which are the initialization, sales management, query and statistics management, checkout management, account/rights management and system management, and so on. Through initialization of the system, the effective information management of the enterprise commodity is realized. Through the sales management and inquires and statistics module, all of the goods sales information tracking and statistics can be implemented, and the efficiency to inquire sales statistics of enterprise is promoted. Through the checkout management, the information gathering of a complete record of the commission and sales personnel management are realized.Finally, module test, integration test and performance test on the system are carried out, which have verified the correctness of the system, and showed that the system can meet the needs of the users, reduce user work complexity, and improve work efficiency.The introduction of system development background and significance is produced in the beginning of thesis, and, the concept of software engineering is applied to the whole development process of the system, which is described in detail from the demand analysis, general design, detailed design and implement, testing and so on. The thesis expounds graphically detailed data flow chart, database design and program flow chart on the development process of the system, in order to further speed up the development process. The system developed according to the plan, has the following advantages, including simple operation interface, convenient maintenance, stable database, the high data security and execution speed.
