At present,the development and popularization of the Internet technology has been unprecedented.Computer science is also becoming mature day by day.The Office way in company tends to be informatizational,automational and networking.Yet,the management of Human Resources in some companies is still staying at the level of Manual handling.This situation is not only leading to the decrease of the work efficiency,but also adverse to the operating and management of the company.Based on efficient investigation and analysis,this paper designs and implements a Management system about Human Resources related information to promote the efficiency of dealing with the business about Human Resources in company.This paper uses object-oriented way to analyse and design the entire management system.Firstly,we analyse the demand invoving in the Human Resources management system,make sure of the participants of this system—the employees,the Hr specialist,the department manager,the competent personnel and the administrator.Then,we describe every participant through the way of figure.In the phase of designing,we mainly devide recruitment,training,performance management,contract management,records management and other eleven function modules according to the future business of the system.We also describe the process of designing of the user management module,remind management module,file management module,recruitment management module.Finally,we test the function of the system,and summarize acoording to the degree of implementation..
