Personal management is an important branch of the enterprise and publicinstitution is also one of the most frequent businesses of the one internal processing.With the establishment of a modern enterprise system of our country as well as therapid development of social economy, the traditional personnel management patternhas already out date, and people need to relieve from the cockamamie manualoperation. The bigger scale of the enterprises and public institution, the more workersneed to be manage, and there will be more complex relevant personnel managementwork, in addition, the management content mixed, demand higher. Therefore, thetraditional management measure has already can not adapt to the demands of the newsituation. For example, the on-the-job employees basic information, family status,rewards and punishments, transfer, training and wage bonus calculation,etc., if therehave a little bit careless who can make a mistake. Therefore, nowadays, in the time ofrapid development of technology, it has become an essential work that appliescomputer technology to realize the personnel information management. Completingthe personnel management requirement of the information system which conform tothe enterprise and public institution at present. It can not only improve the traditionalpersonnel management methods and means, but also improve the personnelmanagement office efficiency and the level of the public service.Based on the analysis of the current domestic personnel management systemdevelopment theory and technology, and according to the personnel managementinformation needs of Mei yu kou Mine, this thesis designs and develops the personnelmanagement information of the Mei yu kou Mine. This system, according to thecontents and characteristics of the personnel management, pay more attention tointeractivity, simplicity and visualization principle of the software, can provideaccurate,comprehensive data and analysis results timely for the personnelmanagement; can improve the personnel management work efficiency, quality andmanagement decision-making effectiveness, reliability and real time of the Mei yu kou Mine, help to carry out the personnel work information and normalization managementof the Mei yu kou Mine.This paper mainly talks about the needs analysis, design and implementationprocess of the personnel management system of the Mei yu kou Mine. At first,according to the actual working condition of the Mei yu kou Mine as the researchobject, confirm the specific demand of the software system user; next, to analysis theneed take the advantage of the object oriented analysis method, and to realize thepersonnel management system modeling based on the UML modeling technology; then,according to the above combined with software engineering and the relevanttheoretical knowledge of database system, to design the database and the summary ofThis system use the C#.NET development language and the powerful FrameWork.NET frame technology and database management system MS SQL SERVER2008to develop the personnel management system of the Mei yu kou Mine. Thesuccessful developed system, can optimization and transformation the process of theenterprise personnel management of the Mei yu kou Mine, improve the daily workefficiency and scientific of the company, and meet the service and managementrequirements of the personnel management department, reduce the cost of thepersonnel management, in order to let the manager pay more attention to realize thestrategic target of this company.
