In the 21st century, the process of global economic integration is accelerating and rapid economic development leds to the rapid development of information industry. As an important content of enterprise management, human affairs information management attracts leadership’s attention. Setting a convenient, powerful human affairs information system has great significance for enterprise, which can effectively improve the efficiency and reduce the work pressure of staff, and can achieve scientific management.In this thesis, we use C # technology to design and implement a human affairs information management system based on Visual Studio2010 platform, according to the current human affairs management situation of Anshan Radio and Television Bureau. Use SQLServer2008 database to achieve data management and maintenance. The system design is based on C/S mode. Use computer platform to achieve information management and maintenance of personnel and department. Mainly including the following functions:1. Completed the implementation of basic information management function, including human affairs information, department information, contract management, payroll management and other basic data management functions;2. Completed the implementation of the personnel transfer management function, including the personnel office, personnel changes, leave management, management of personnel changes reinstatement of information management and maintenance;3. Completed the implementation of human appraisal management function, including performance appraisal, reward management, personnel training and other core functions;4. Completed the implementation of system management function, including user management, data management, system settings and other core functions.In this thesis, use a standard software development process to develop the system. From system analysis to system implementation, each process is carried on according to the plan, and makes detailed testing and analysis after system implementation. The test results showed that, the system can be developed into practical application, and meet user’s needs.
