In recent years,the data acquisition system is playing a more and more important role in the fields of industrial field,national defense construction and scientific research.With the continuous development of sensor technology and communication technology,the number of data sampling channels is more and more.At the same time,the system also puts forward higher requirements for the sampling accuracy and synchronization of data.In this thesis,the multi-channel data acquisition and verification system is developed.It can effectively detect the data accuracy of analog units.It can also achieve performance verification of signal acquisition units through synchronous sampling and data comparison with signal acquisition units.So it is of high engineering application value.After analyzing the requirements of the system,the scheme that the system is composed of two subsystems of master and slave which are cascaded by ATM network is determined in this thesis.Besides,the hardware circuit design and FPGA logic design of the subsystem are completed in this thesis.At first,the subsystem can achieve synchronous sampling of 32 analog signals through the signal conditioning and analog digital conversion circuit.Secondly,it can receive and transmit the sampling data with the serial to parallel conversion FPGA.Then it can pretreat and transmit the data with the processor BF533.It can finally realize data transmission through the ATM network bridging FPGA and the ATM network chip for subsequent data processing.The FPGA logic design of the subsystem includes two parts:the serial to parallel conversion FPGA and the ATM network bridging FPGA.The former can realize data interaction between the processor and those analog to digital converter chips.The latter can realize data interaction between the processor and the ATM network chip.The test shows that the system of multi-channel data acquisition and verification developed in this thesis can achieve synchronous acquisition of 64 signals.The amplitude consistency,phase congruency and short circuit noise can meet the design requirements.It can ensure the accuracy of sampling data.So it can provide an important reference for the performance verification of analog units and signal acquisition units.
