Data acquisition and processing of sensors in navigation system call for fast and precise synchronous real-time data acquisition system. To safeguard the reliable performance of navigation system, before the signals are sent out for navigation calculation, it is necessary to preprocess the data from the sensors and to examine the fault of sensors. So this paper designs low-cost, multi-channel synchronous data acquisition and processing system. Such system takes synchronous acquisition chip Max125 as A/D acquisition chip and fixed point DSP chip TMS320F206 as main processor, making full use of high precision and multi-channel synchronous data acquisition of MAX125. This system uses TMS320F206 DSP chip with high-speed operation to control pieces of MAX125 to realize multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. At the same time, the signals acquired are implemented digital filtering and preprocessing. And then the signals are sent to PC to be further analyzed and processed for the examination of default by wavelet transform. So the paper realizes multi-channel synchronous real-time data acquisition and processing. After the overall scheme of data acquisition system is made, this paper first designs hardware components and completes the design. And the paper studies and works out monitoring software in the whole system, including A/D acquisition and control, data exchange, DCI driver and digital signal filtering and data preprocess software. Then by wavelet analysis algorithm, the paper designs and completes data processing in PC using the data acquired. Lastly, this system is employed in data analysis and study of output signal of gyroscopes. The result shows the data acquisition system has bright prospect in data acquisition and processing of navigation sensors.
