In some field, such as auto-control, electric measure, geophysical exploration, spaceflight projects and so on, multi-channel synchronous data acquisition technology is used widely. In order to meet industrial field control's demand, how to synchronous sample multi-channel input signals with high speed and quickly deal with sampling data is still one of important directions in data acquisition technology study. This thesis introduces the research and development of the multi-channel synchronous data acquisition system. Its control and sampling's core is based on TI's floating-point Digital Signal Processor TMS320VC33 and ADI's 14_bit fast simultaneous sampling chip AD7865, the Phase Lock Loop(PLL) is adopted as simultaneous sampling control circuit. This research offers an effective method in multi-channel synchronous data's acquisition and dealing with high speed. On the basis of analysis about some relational applying background, the solution of high-speed simultaneous sampling for industry control is put forward through reasoning and compare. At the same time, the software structure and hardware design are expounded. In this paper, the research is based on the realization of synchronization and high speed/precision sampling for the multi-channel input signals. The design of interface circuit (between multiple AD7865s with TMS320VC33) and PLL circuit used to synchronous tracking period signals are expounded. At the same time, using complex programmable logic device to complete the address distribution of system hardware module is introduced. The extending about URAT interface and USB of system is illuminated. According to hardware resource in this system, some function modules'software design is introduced in detail, such as A/D synchronous sampling drive and USB's firmware programming. On the basis of this research, the device used in electric power parameter measure of transmit electricity network had been exploited. It is applied as a subsystem in static synchronous compensator's study and design, completing the stacks of multi-channel data sampling and deal with.
