Design And Implementation Of Doctor's Follow-up System Based On Android

M-Health has become a new direction for the development of health care combined with Internet.As China enters aging society,the number of cancerspatients is increasing.Our country's medical resources is very limited,coupled with the uneven distribution of resources,which lead to the problem for the patients to obtain appropiate medical treatment and the doctor-patient contradiction.Therefore,the M-Health industry urgently needs to introduce new technology.The research and implementation of this system is to solve these problems.With the methods of mobile Internet,the system is trying to conquer the difficulties of doctor-patient communication,patient data collection and other issues,and so improve the utilization of medical resources and ease the doctor-patient conflicts.This paper first introduces the background of mobile follow-up system,tasks and the overall structure of this paper.According to the actual needs of mobile follow-up,this paper selects the Android platform and network framework retrofit,asynchronous framework rxjava,sqlite database and other related framework in Android to apply to this mobile follow-up system.From the perspective of a doctor this paper conducts anlysis of needs of the system,combined with the needs of doctors,this paper gives the system objectives and functional requirements,and then define system's clear overall architecture and functional modules.According to the different functional attributes,the system will be divided in four functional modules and each module is generally designed.Then,the detailed design and implementation of the system aredescribed based on the flow chart and the class diagram.Based on the completed system development,a complete functional test and compatibility test are conducted on the mainstream Android platforms.Finally,this topic is summarized,pointing out the future improvement plan.The advantage of the system is that it fully utilizes the hardware and software resources of the Android smart terminal,applies the mobile terminal technology to the traditional medical industry,so that doctors can long-term follow up patients' condition,collect patient data quickly.Besides it greatly improve the work efficiency and the treatment level of doctors and alleviate the difficult problem of broad masses of the people to see a doctor or registration.At present,the system has been applied in practice in a number of cancer hospitals,with tens of thousands of registered doctors.
