Design And Implementation Of Doctor-patient Interaction System For Hospital's Follow-up

In recent years, the needs of follow-up for patients has increased gradually in hospitals. For cancer hospitals, in particular, it is important and necessary to follow up their cancer patients. However, hospital follow-up staff only make phone call, or post letters to patients who have discharged from hospital. Then,follow-up staff usually record the follow-up results in the paper, or excel randomly. Cancer patients demand long-term management, therefore, these inefficient follow-up ways fail to meet the follow-up requirement of the cancer hospital fundamentally. Under such a background and based on detailed investigation, we have designed and implemented a set of doctor-patient interaction system which is oriented to hospital follow-up. The system mainly contains telephone follow-up function, SMS follow-up function and WeChat follow-up function which is popular and advanced.The paper has made an investigation on several cancer hospitals in china for follow-up requirements, and completed the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements of system Then, the paper analyzed and compared several architectures,and chose the coding architecture based on Spring MVC combining with the applied constraints, and gave the general design of system. After that, the paper put emphasis on the description of the detailed design and implementation of telephone follow-up,SMS follow-up, WeChat follow-up and follow-up statistics. Meanwhile, the testing results of each functional module are showed in the paper. Finally, the paper summarized the task achievements which have been obtained, then, it gave the research direction of the task in the future.The system has implemented telephone follow-up, SMS follow-up and WeChat follow-up, it solves the problem of inefficient management for cancer patients, and makes the follow-up management become informative, interactive and scientific. At present, the system has already been used and verified in several cancer hospitals in china, such as cancer hospital of Liaoning province, cancer hospital of Shanxi province, cancer hospital of Jiangsu province, cancer hospital of Sichuan province,and it has gotten good feedback from these hospitals.
