The rapid development of society has driven the rapid development of air-condition industry,air-condition has gradually become indispensable in daily life and industrial production part.In the large public area,the air-condition cluster faces the problems of inconvenient management,irregular operation,high load operation and so on.The cluster air-condition control system provides real-time monitoring and intelligent control for different types of cluster air-condition.The system is committed to providing safe and stable operation environment,improving the operation quality of air-condition equipment,reducing the energy consumption of air-condition,and making new contributions to the sustainable utilization of resources.The main tasks completed in this article are as follows:1.First,it introduces the research background,significance and development status of the cluster air-condition monitoring system at home and abroad.With the development of Internet technology,the application of remote monitoring technology in air-condition is becoming more and more diversified,but there are a series of problems in the remote monitoring technology of the cluster of air-conditions,such as the disunity of access mode,the none uniform protocol specification and the poor compatibility of the system.The monitoring sites and monitoring center in this system have realized the function of cluster access and centralization management respectively.2.In the part of the monitoring site,the use of software is used to solve the problem that the access mode of air-condition and the protocol specification are not uniform.RS485 bus technology or Ethernet technology is used in hardware terminal based on interface and field environment.In the communication protocol,the Modbus protocol is used in the communication between the gateway and the air-condition detection board.At the software level,according to the protocol of the cluster air-condition,the protocol conversion program is customized,and the corresponding protocol conversion program is developed,and a unified interface is provided to the monitoring center for air-condition control and data acquisition.3.The central part of the monitoring center is mainly constructed from four aspects:data acquisition,data transmission,data processing and Web display.The data acquisition uses a none intrusive design scheme,and Logstash is used as the data acquisition agent to realize the collection and transmission of the site data near real time.Data transmission terminal mainly uses high-performance open source framework Kafka as data transmission channel,which not only completes data real-time transmission,but also implements data cache function.At the same time,this paper also studies data transmission based on database sharing and data transmission based on HTTP interface,and applies different technology solutions to different scenarios of the system to give full play to their respective advantages.In data processing section,exception alert module of the is used to realize the self-monitoring of the system,real-time warehousing module provides users with real-time air-condition status,gateway status and other business data,intelligent management module provides a reasonable use scene for the air-condition in accordance with the actual environment,and reduces the cost of human monitoring as far as possible.The front Web is a direct user oriented module of the cluster air-condition monitoring system.Convenience,human nature and intuition are the features of the Web end.This system uses the SSH framework based on Spring Boot to build a complete Web front end,and realizes the final human-computer interaction.The design and implementation of air-condition control system in this cluster,can make the air-condition equipment within the cluster workload is greatly reduced,the additional human resources,so that air-condition equipment operation in one case,and set the appropriate indoor temperature,improve the efficiency of the use of air-condition equipment,save energy,improve the operation efificiency of the effect.At the same time,it explores the application of Logstash,Kafka and other frameworks in the Internet of things.
