With the improvement of people's living standard, the required amount of air conditioners is increasing, and the air conditioner manufactures are all focusing on the inverter techonolgy. Energy crisis becomes an urgent problem for every country all over the world and energy-saving request is getting more and more attention of every air-conditioner manufacturer. The air-conditioner with inverter control meets the demands of people in terms of living in a comfortable space, and it also has great advantage of energy saving and lower electricity consumption. The air-conditioner with inverter control is a new-style air-conditioner developed with the refrigeration technology, the electrical motor technology, the electrical and electronic technology,the micro-electronic technology and the modern intelligent control technology. The input of the inverter air-conditioner's control parameters includes environment temperature, heat exchanger temperature, the openning of EEV(Electronic Expansion Valve), voltage and electric current, etc. When we design the system of the air-conditioner's outdoor unit, we should debug with so many input parameters. All kinds of parameters can have a great effect on the operation of the machine, even cause the machine to be inactive or unbalanced. At present, the debug of the air-conditioner system is commonly perform in the laboratory. Being restricted with the labotory's condition, the status messages of the openning of EEV and inaction alarm can't be obtained. So it can't form an impersonal and definite data support for the modulating of the systemic parameters. If there is some problems with the control board during testing, it can't be recured in the following testing, and the R&D staff will cost a great deal of time and energy to test, recur and solve the problem. This greatlly obstructs the R&D schedule of new products. considering this, we need a monitor platform to display systemic parameters synchronously, and monitor,intervene, record and query the CPU inner data.By making full use of the modern electronic communication technologys include RS232,RS485,serial synchronous communication,serial asynchronous commuinication and TCP/IP, the intelligent monitor platform effectively solves above problems. We design and implement systemic hardware including AD sampling circuit, current detecting circuit, switch electrical power circuit, the communicatiton circuit between indoor and outdoor units, the communication circuit between outdoor unit and drivers, the communication circuit between the outdoor and PC, and converting circuit between RS232 and RS485. By using the high performance chip of SAMSUNG S3F84NB, we implement the whole control module for the outdoor unit. This module includes AD sampling arlgorithm, vector conversion, PWM output, current detecting, voltage detecting, two-way UART communication, one-way SPI communication, computation frequency output and all kinds of protected-modes for fault. This program adopts the compiler of IAR Embedded Workbench to simulate and debug.The PC's program of monitor platform adopts Delphi of Borland, a powerful programming tool. Using Via the powerful function of Delphi, we solve the network problems and get good results. What's more, the flexibility of WinAPI can guarantee the efficiency and reliability of serial communication.The results from various tests of AC indicate that the intelligent monitor platform can effectively solve the problem that the data and parameters can't be tested directly. The parameter curves are clear at a glance. It is especially useful for the AC system engineers. The continuous monitoring and trend distributing of the systemic data well supply data warrant and analysis. At the same time, the monitor platform can realize the unmanned real-time control. This can supply a platform of hardware,software and protocol for the development of AC, shorten the course of design,raise the reliability and save the test costs.On the basis of this monitor platform, we can optimize and expand the function of the hardware and software platform, strengthen the control of the outdoor parameters and supply pre-analysis for the system data, and improve the performance of inverter AC.
