With the production scale of enterprises expanding,the traditional mode of management can not meet the needs of the modern enterprises;the emergence of advanced monitoring system has become inevitable.Through monitoring system, managers can quickly and efficiently maser the operation of the equipment,and enhance their response speed and accuracy of decision-making,monitoring system is of great significance in the production of modern enterprises.The system consists of two parts: remote monitoring and local centralized control.Using a guiding ideology of the man-machine engineering and combining industrial HMI and PLC,the computer monitoring system has been established.The system integrates PLC used as the core control,buzzer and HMI settings to achieve the automatic shutdown protection.The system has also been carried out automatic fault diagnosis function of the design,so it has formed a more optimized control system; Based on Omron PLC communication protocol,1:N network of assembly lines is established.It can monitor many assembly lines on the spot.Utilizing MCGS system as a platform,the computer monitoring software system has been developed.Many functions are achieved,including real-time status display,automatically record data,generate reports and print automatically,fault alarm and records,product quality analysis,query and others.Under Client/Server mode,the remote data collection system based on Internet way is realized through Win Socket technology and VC++6.0 Object-oriented programming technology combining together according to TCP/IP protocol.Multithreading technology adopted to improve the real-time communication.The whole system adopts dividing layer and the Object- oriented design method,in possession of the characteristic of structure modularization,level,interface simple,good adaptability etc.Finally we get an open remote data collect system.The local computer is serer in the remote monitoring system.Remote customer can land the serer through Internet monitoring the status of assembly lines.A monitor platform has been created and it can achieve communication from remote client and PLC one another.This system is debugged by the experiment successfully.The remote monitoring system and computer centralized monitoring system provide a new management model to the modern enterprises.Field experiments have demonstrated that the control system can fully meet the needs of the enterprise.It has achieved the expected target.
