Rotating machinery industry is the most widely used machinery, for domestic and foreign industrial market trend, the industry of the future will tend to focus on to carry out the safety in production and the scientific maintenance. For the large rotary machine,(such as turbine installations, water turbines and so on), it needs to be able to do a real-time online state monitoring and make the history fault diagnosis analysis. This article in view of the current industrial industry application demands, intend to designed a set of large rotating machinery with on-line state monitoring system, which can meet the needs of the users. The on-line monitoring system is divided into the Internet of things, middle, upper Internet LAN three regions, it combines the system distribution pattern of C/S model and B/S model. The system uses Net and MFC as a development platform, combines with the MS SQL Server database management system. Based on the previous experiences and the user demands, the research and development of the system has completed. By the use of the on-line monitoring system, users are able to discern the unit status which being monitored and earlier to find the warning signs of the fault. It is helpful to find the cause of the fault, judge the severity of the fault and predict the trend of the fault. Therefore, it can clear potential risks timely, avoid the destructive accidents, and provide a reliable theoretical basis to the unit for realization the state maintenance. This article focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of the on-line state monitoring system monitor subsystem. The practical result of the system run in large unit has proved that:the research of this technique is effective, the research and development of products are in line with the market.
