The current rapid development of Internet technology and the rapid progress of information technology companies, the traditional monitoring systems combined with Web technology of B/S mode of the computer remote monitoring system has became a research hotspot, which build the monitoring system is becoming the direction for the industrial monitoring field. Traditional monitoring systems have a lot of deficiencies, the data can not be effectively transmitted between the remote monitoring terminal and enterprise information network; at the same time the monitoring data transmission in the network, the security can not be guaranteed and vulnerable to attack, theft; and server-side uses a single server to providing remote monitoring client access, while the volume of traffic, it is often overload phenomenon occurs, so that makes the monitoring system inefficient.The thesis combined with commercial concrete remote monitoring system, expanding the study for the remote monitoring and information platform based on Web, focusing on these issues over research and pritical work. Firstly, the thesis has in-depth analyzed and studyed of the background, domestic and international trends, and described in detail about the remote monitoring system with the basic principles and categories; then, conducting a detail research and analyze the the real-time database technology, database access technology, the dynamic data distribution technology of the monitoring system, in terms of monitor system integration, the thesis has adopted stream Socket real-time communication technology to realize the data transmission between remote control terminal network and enterprise information network, through the form of ActiveX controls realize the real-time data display in remote monitoring terminal which the field monitoring equipment collect; secondly, according with the industrial remote monitoring project structure of three layer model, the paper has detailedly analyzed each layer, and designed the Winsock communication, database, client of the remote monitoring; thirdly, with the requirement for database security of the remote monitoring system, analyzing the current impact of data transmission security factors that put forward the VPN based on IPSec to ensuring the monitoring data in the public transport network, which to improving the security of remote monitoring system; and with the current single Web server load balancing problem for the remote monitoring system, proposing the Web server clusters method of load balancing, through the improvement of the traditional load balancing algorithm, it was better to solution the problem of server-side load balancing; finally, it has achieved some functions of the commercial concrete remote monitoring and information platform.The control system used Visual Basic 6.0 to developing the interactive ActiveX control and adopted JSP to developing Web server pages. The remote monitoring and information platform based on Web improved the real-time for traditional monitoring system, meanwhile improved the the transmission security of the monitoring data in the public network and the server overload issues.Through research and design the commercial concrete remote monitoring and information platform based on Web, one hand discussion of some key problem during the process of realizing the system; on the other hand, the development of remote monitoring system has a certain reference and help for other similar system.
