The Construction Of Information Literacy For New Urban Residents' Community

Since twenty-first Century,the process of social informatization in China has entered a stage of rapid development,along with the " 12th Five-Year" plan,information barriers exist in a large number of new urban residents into the city,it brings new citizen obstacle to Integrate into city.The new community by the formation of new community residents,is the first station of new citizens to achieve into the city,connecting in the city processtherefore,face the information-based City,the information literacy of the new community construction is particularly importantBased on the study of the related literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of new people and new community,by community informatics,population mobility and social integration theory as the main basis,adopts the method of empirical research by questionnaire as the main source of data for statistical analysis,focus on the construction of information literacy of the new citizen community.The main research contents include the definition of the concept of the new citizen community,the information literacy of the new citizen community,as well as the evaluation of the new citizen's information literacy and the improvement of the community information literacy.
