Information Resources Building Based On The Community Informatization

As the basic part of the society informatization, community informatization is not only the symbol of the society informatization level,but also the most efficient education methods to the people. The progress of the society informatization will be blocked somehow without the community informatization's wealthy development. There comes the reality that "emphasis on the facilities, brush aside the information resources "in the community informatization. Information resources and information facilities are the two wings of the community informatization. The, result of the information resources building falls behind the facilities building is not only the waste of the information facilities, but also, for the unbalance of the two wings of the informatization, the slowly progress of the society informatization .According to the reality of the community informatization, and based on the issues in the information resources building, the author put forward the thinking and plan of the information resources building based on the community informatization. The article includes six parts. In the first part, the author explains the conceptions of the community informatization and the information resources building based on it , analysis the state quo of the information resources building based on community informatization. In the second part, based on the analysis of the community management and services' needs, the article divided the information resources into four parts as follows: community population and geography information recourses , E-g information recourses ,E-b information recourses and other internet information recourses. Based on the analysis in the second part, from the third part to the sixth part ,after the analysis to the general guiding principles and the general information organization demanding of the community site, for each kind of information recourses ,there comes different building plans according to the characters, the usages ,and the users' features of each kind of information recourses. In the third part, the author put forward the general guiding principles and the general information organization demanding of thecommunity site is "directed by the needs' of the users, to organize the information resources overally, precisely ,and rapidly". In the fourth part, for the basic information resources ,the population data and geography data, the author raised two different ways to organize, the former, database, the latter, digital map. In the fifth part, based on the state quo of the E-g, the author put forward two plans to organize the E-g information resources, integrative plan based on the E-g and the building of a content system for the community E-g .The former, more realistic ,and the latter, more before-eyed. In the sixth part, based on the state quo of the E-b of our country , the author raised the mode of the community E-b, and analysis it in great details.
