| Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization process has been accelerated, and the large community gradually has its scale. The era of self-media is coming, and community members began to actively participate in social affairs which may involve his personal interests, and civil society concept more widely permeates the community. As the backbone of urbanization, the newspapers pay attention to the emerging community. In order to obtain different survivals, the newspapers open the special community news service, and community news is rising. In some developed big cities, the mainstream newspapers have offered community news page or community newspapers. This phenomenon deserves attention. Based on the method of qualitative research and under the background of development of civil society, combining the informatization construction of new communities and ascending of community citizen' accomplishment, the paper analyzes the present situation, the existence question and countermeasure of community news media, and the mutual influence in the interaction of community news and community public domain. The progress of community members in media literacy and citizen consciousness, promotes the community news'expanding. The newspapers focus on fostering the service of community news and the loyalty of the audience, guiding and promoting the growth of civil society, in the same time, gaining benefit in distribution, advertising, and news value, then media and community are to realize the win-win. Looking towards to community news, in the near future,along with the mature of social environment and the progress of the report of community news, in the newspapers' paperless era, the based newspaper can read on line, and the key is to focus on the community news with local characteristics. When the macro and micro conditions are right, the press is also likely to focused community news on the community newspaper. |
