Design And Realization Of Information Management And Analysis Platform For Community Senior Citizen

China will enter gradually the era of aging population. In order to allow older persons to enjoy their twilight years, China formulated a series of farmer-friendly policy of caring for the elder citizen. Community residents’ committees, as the most grass-roots social service organizations, bear the important mission of carrying out various guidelines and policies. However, as the information management level of different government department is different, information resources cannot be effectively utilized and shared. A lot of inconveniences are raised for community service management and elder citizen life.In this paper, an information platform is designed based on the processes of community aging personnel management and actual requirement analysis. In order to realize these functions of elderly subsidy management, basic living allowances management, old-age resident’s management, residents’ health care management and integrated services, the function and performance of the system are analyzed. The hierarchical model and network structure are adopted to design system outline, and the E-R model of system database is designed in detail. The system platform is developed under the Angular JS framework using the MySQL database and JavaScript language based on the Web platform.The entire function of the system was tested using these data of XianYang city WenHui streets Wenhui East Road community. Statistical analysis was carried out using the system for the elderly subsidy data, subsistence allowances and medical insurance data.Test results showed that the system could meet the needs of the community aging management work and information resources integration and share among various government departments, provided help for the government department’s decision-making by these generating statistical data. Meanwhile, the application of the system improved the working efficiency of the community management and achieved the purpose of information and the paperless in office, and also brought greatconvenience for the elderly residents’ life.
