On the basis of the concept system of cloud manufacturing,this paper studies the Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Service System based on processing technology behavior in order to enable the designer to realize the close combination of product design and manufacture,save product development time and improve the resource utilization rate and market flexibility of enterprises.In this context,this paper mainly studies the following aspects.The overall design of intelligent manufacturing collaborative service system has been designed.Based on the research of the main roles in the manufacturing service system,the architecture and the network structure of the manufacturing service system were constructed.By analyzing the main functions of the manufacturing service platform,the functional modules of the manufacturing service platform are established,and the key technologies needed for the realization of the manufacturing service platform are pointed out.A data exchange protocol based on processing technology behavior was developed.Based on the analysis of three communication modes in manufacturing service system,the message format was defined.On this basis,the content and format of each part were standardized,and the operating mechanism of the main business of manufacturing service system was introduced.According to the characteristics of manufacturing service system,the data transmission protocol of manufacturing service system was presented.The coordination and coordination methods in manufacturing service system were studied.The specification of the value of the message attribute in the data exchange protocol header was worked out through the classification of all coordination behaviors in the system.Based on the analysis of the basic information of processing technology,the hierarchical structure of the public area was analyzed,and three kinds of intelligent coordination methods were put forward.The manufacturing service platform software was developed.After introducing the development tools and development environment of manufacturing service platform software,a database based on process behavior was established.The structure of the database table was designed,and the design and development process of each module of the manufacturing service platform software was described.The functional verification experiment of the manufacturing service platform software was carried out.The rationality and feasibility of each module of the manufacturing service platform software were verified by the system user login experiment,the intelligent matching experiment and the order generation experiment.
