Research Of Information Exchange Module And Knowledge Service System Based On The Cloud Manufacturing Service Platform

The equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economy in China. China has been the world’s fourth largest manufacturing country after the USA, Japan and Germany. But most of the manufacturing enterprises face the problems such as low product added value, low competitive in product research and development as well as services, high energy consumption in the product manufacturing, serious environmental pollution.Cloud manufacturing, as a new manufacture pattern, is put forward by Bohu Li in2009. Li is an academician of the Chinese academy of engineering. Cloud manufacturing creates the idea, that "Manufacturing as a service". Adopt modern information technology, including Cloud Computing, Web of Things and so on. In a wide range of network resources environment, Cloud manufacturing integrates the resources of manufacturing, provides manufacturing services, enhances manufacturing capacity for independent innovation, adjusts and optimizes the structure of manufacturing industry, promotes sustainable healthy development, towards to the top of value chain in a global industry.As the put forwarding of Cloud manufacturing, it caused wide attention in academic and corporate. Cloud manufacturing will takes China manufacturing to a new step and become a powerful nation. It also will make a far-reaching impact on China’s manufacturing model and formats. However, because of the cloud manufacturing is a new concept, the theory, technology and so on all need further optimizeThis paper takes the “Cloud Manufacturing service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Inner Mongolia” as the main body. In view of the rapidly growing user base, the author finds insufficient in information exchange and knowledge service. In order to solve these problems, take measures as follow:1. Communication module includes SMS and message boards, which are used for online communication. And the Wechat public platform which realizes the functions of information pushing and platform promotion.2. Set up the knowledge service system belongs to the cloud platform. This system is consisted of QA channel, industry knowledge base and expert system. After running and testing, the information communication module and knowledge service system have been constructed can meet the needs of users. In one hand it makes an improved in service of “Cloud Manufacturing service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Inner Mongolia”. In the other hand what the author has did will lay a solid foundation for the platform to operate online and get a profit in the future.
