Library management system is a typical managementinformation system. The system adopts Browser/Server model,based on the JAVA development platform, using S2SH architecture, and use the SQLServer as background database system. The system is divided into front and back twoparts, the foreground mainly carry out the following functions: search for books, thereader comments, see bulletin. Background to the administrator login to achieve thefollowing functions: the way of borrowing and returning books, books management,reader information management, news and bulletin board. Readers need only through abrowser to access the system, can realize the books inquiry, message operation.Similarly, the librarian can also use this system is convenient and quick to complete thelibrary information data management.System in a university library the application requirements for design according tothe technology, database driven websites as the design foundation, to practical,advanced sex, expansibility, openness, security, economic principle of the design, withthe latest national standards and the Ministry of education standards establish andimprove the index code system, for colleges and Universities library managementinformation system to facilitate the management of teaching resources for the purposeof constructing data, based on the S2SH framework of the library managementinformation system.
