The Design And Implement Of Research Assess Management System Based On S2SH

With the development of science, colleges and universities pay more attention to themanagement of scientific information system. How to make use of Internet to develop a managingsystem of scientific research point calculator in colleges and universities is a key problem we needto probe and solve. In view of the existing situation of the scientific management in our university,this paper develops a managing system of scientific research points calculator based on Web toensure that a scientific research points calculator management can be achieved swiftly, conveniently,accurately and safely in the university, which in turn results in a scientific, standardized andefficient scientific research points calculator management in the university.Firstly, database access technology being the clue, this paper analyzes the mostly-useddatabase access technology at present and the technology to realize Web database system S2SHframework，Ajax etc, especially analyzes and studies JDBC, and puts forward a method to better thedatabase. Then in view of computer network, managing information system and designing ofsoftware engineering, this paper analyzes the need of the system, the feasibility of the system，thefunction module design of the system，detailed function design and the plan of realizing the system,and especially analyzes the key technology to realize the system and the solution to improve thefunctions of the system. The main technique in the system design is B/S computing mode.Thesystem employs Windows2003platform, SQL Server background database, java explorationlanguage and S2SH framework. At last in which ways the system should be improved is putforward.The main modules constituted in the paper are teachers’ basic information management,monitoring information management, scientific research management, scientific research search andstatistics. The system seeks to enable the system possess characteristics of good maintenance,security,easy to grasp and clear interface,and offers great convenience work efficiency for themanagement of scientific research of teachers through the network. Furthermore, data should have arecord of operation log, which can be accomplished upon the request. Although the log can notguard against unusual operation, they can search the user’s operation and enable the administratorsof the operation have a certain understanding, the system can be upgraded and improved to provideuseful information.
