In the end, from the journalism aspect and relate the relationship among aviation safety events, airline companies and the news report producer, how to build the frame of aviation safety news, how to present the true condition to the society are analyzed and discussed.The analysis found although Local Item is an important element to decide whether the aviation events could be reported as important news, there is seldom news reports about local aviation-information. The author felt the producing process of news reports and the relationship among journalists, news paper agency and the airline companies are the key reasons.
