In the system design, we use asynchronous message queuing mechanism, enterprise bus, combined with the existing Airport Service system, the completion ofthe system and other civil aviation system data integration. The process of the passenger luggage check‐in service is an important aspect ofairport services. This article aims to analyze the status and deficiencies of the civilairport passenger luggage processing, design one passenger luggage self‐servicecheck‐in system, which has greatly improved the service. Whatever, it will be the firstpassenger luggage self‐service system in mainland. The design goal is a self‐service luggage check‐in service with CUSS, instead of thecurrent tedious process of luggage check. The system uses a life‐cycle approach toachieve, combined with the design goals. We have experienced a business analysis, detailed design, model design, programming, testing, and assessment. This articel ismainly related to the part of the detailed design, model design and program design. In the system design, we use asynchronous message queuing mechanism, enterprise bus, combined with the existing Airport Service system, the completion ofthe interaction and sharing of the system and other data of the civil system. In orderto achieve the complex business processes and human‐computer interaction, thesystem uses the C/S structure, developed based on Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform)framework. It is good for the system to achieve the goals of the system decoupling, modular and services. By using Spring IOC to model organizational Java Bean, wedecrease the object dependencies and coupling by reverse dependence, and weimprove development efficiency. In the presentation layer, we accomplish the MVCframework. Through the separation of view and model, we enhanced systemscalability and stability. In addition, as a client application, the article also introducethe interface style, exception handling, and peripherals, telecommunications andother areas, their design ideas. Detailed analysis of the process baggage, and according to the self‐servicebusiness needs of the entire consignment process redesign, the main work is asfollows:First, the traditional manual baggage handling process re‐design, divided intoself‐print luggage bar, self‐service luggage put in two steps.Second, when the self‐service baggage put links, The Luggage I and the luggage Aproperty of introduced to determine whether the self‐service baggage put luggagechecked‐conditions. The third, discusses the functional requirements of the self‐service system fordeparting passengers baggage, overall design and implementation.
