| As computer science developing rapidly,information technology has been applied everywhere in our life.Also,in medical field,hospital information system(HIS)has made great progress.The scale and depth in which HIS has been applied directly reflects in the extension of Case History Management which is managed by Hi-tech.So Case History Management(CHM)has been the foundation of HIS.It has been proved by documents that HIS must be one of the most complex enterprise’ information system so far in the world.CHM,as the important part of HIS,includes not only the information on the paper record,but also the information from videos,photos and sounds.It is because of the complexity of the data information and the medical process,by now,no CHM can deal with the detailed information of the case record.According to the special complexity of CHM,Object-oriented Method for analyzing、designing and implementing Method、UML、muti-layer structure based on three-layer structure and Object-oriented programming language have been adopted in this project to build the information system for the hospital case history management.This paper introduces the Object-oriented software development process and the Object-oriented analysis、design and implementation which is involved in the project at first.After that,it analyzes the requirement of the hospital case history management in the Object-oriented Method and builds the static and dynamic model of the information system in UML.Based on analyzing the modules,it builds Object Model and Design Model,then builds the muti-layer structure based on three-layer structure.At last,Object-oriented language has been used to finish the information system for the hospital case history management.In the process of using Object-oriented technology to analyze、design and implement the Case History Management,as the advantages of the Object-oriented technology,the abstraction 、 inheritance 、 encapsulate 、polymorphism has been used widely,as result,the finished system has bothextensibility、reusability and portability..Anyway,the work in this paper maybe promote the informalizing of he hospital case history management,and also help to the Object-oriented technology’s applying in complex system. |
