Research And Analysis Of Urban Management Case Management System

As the modem science and technology are developing, urban management case handling should launch information-oriented reforms by taking full use of modern science and technology, thus to improve the quality and efficiency of the work. Collection, delivery, processing, feedback and evaluation are all applied in this thesis while solving the problems of case handling of urban management. Studying case handling via software technology, this thesis aims at seeking help from modern science and information technology, providing convenience for urban management.This paper has primarily carried out the following steps in analyzing the case operating system:Ⅰ. Object-Oriented Approach is applied throughout the research, with the tools of process diagrams, case graphs and package chart.Ⅱ. This thesis analyzes the existing insufficiency of urban management case handling system, proposing corresponding solutions to the shortages, optimizing business procedures. Creating case operating system for urban management on the above base, this paper studies the quality and efficiency with the case handling system.Ⅲ. An analysis is given to the function structures of urban management case handling, which includes six modules, namely, the case pick-up and management, dispatching, processing, feedback and settlement, comprehensive evaluation, and system administration.Ⅳ. Data analysis of urban management case handling is carried out in this paper, which applies in every system functions, with relation graphs of entities and structure of database sheet. An introduction of entities, relations between entities and database sheet is also shown.At last, conclusion of the research on case system of urban management is provided, and vision for further work is given.
