Electronic medical records are widely used in the daily work of medical institutions.The management of electronic medical records has become one of the important indicators to measure the quality of hospital work.It can provide convenient conditions for ensuring the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and exploring the value of electronic medical records.In today's hospital electronic medical record management work,there are problems such as insufficient informatization,insufficient attention of hospital leadership,and irregular management system,which leads to unnecessary disputes and insufficient data information flow.In order to improve the quality of hospital electronic medical record management,the development of the electronic medical record business management system of the medical record room was carried out.The medical record management system of the medical record room adopts the combination of MyBatis and Spring MVC framework.The MyBatis framework includes components such as Transcation and SessionFactory.The main responsibility is the underlying encapsulation and processing of data,and the mapping mechanism is used to realize the data table and entity.The Spring MVC framework is dominated by basic properties such as AOP,effectively integrating modules such as MVC,and completing tasks such as processing of business modules and foreground display.Business data is generally stored in the Oraclellg database in the form of data tables.This database is a typical distributed database,including major structures such as segments,regions,and blocks.The system implements module functions such as medical record document configuration,medical record management,case report,medical record query statistics,and retrospective research.The configuration of the medical record form template,the plug-in function,the admission record template and other elements are implemented in the medical record document configuration,and the processing forms include Add,modify,refresh,etc.In the medical record management,the task of template management,recall and creation of batch medical record,medical record review,data export,green channel configuration and other tasks can be realized,and the medical record borrowing application can be approved;information like the reported illness,hospital sensation,etc.can be completed in the case report section,at the same time,report and archive the information of patient sense,adverse drug reactions,and key patients according to the situation;the query function for patients,diagnosis,adverse reaction time,and historical medical records is realized through the medical record query and statistics module;maintenance of retrospective research projects,collection of patient data,and management of clinical knowledge bases can be achieved in retrospective studiesThe application of the system can improve the patient's medical record information,provide more accurate and sufficient data support for the hospital,and form a comprehensive health record to ensure the flow of information in the hospital.The convenience of clinical work in hospitals is reflected,and the management of electronic medical records has become standardized and high-quality,which lays a solid foundation for establishing a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
