The image construction and value communication of the “Belt and Road” is a grand topic in contemporary China.The rapid development of Chinese film and video industry in recent years has brought forth a large number of excellent works.Whether it is at the international box office or the internationally recognized reference dimension,the international influence of Chinese film and video can not be ignored.Especially in the image construction and communication of the “Belt and Road”,Chinese film and video are playing an important role.Unlike other mass media,which was not face the crisis of lack of meaning,and they themselves can carry a complete image and value.Based on the theory and methods of Communication Semiotics,this study conducted a detailed analysis of the communication appeals generated by China in the process of communicate the image and value of the “One Belt and One Road”,and built a “One Belt and One Road” image construction from different perspectives.The reference framework for the communication of value communication,through the Greimas' Matrix,analyzes the Chinese film and video works and outstanding foreign film and video works that can reflect the image and value of the “One Belt and One Road”.It is believed that in the image construction and value communication of the “Belt and Road”,China's film and video needs to enrich the subject matter and excavate the spirit,shape the “Belt and Road” international image,take into consideration the value communication and the unity of the times,and tap and enrich the Human Destiny Community spiritual connotation.
