Discourse Construction And Communication Of The Culture Exchanges In "Belt And Road"

The “Belt and Road” initiative is China in the face of reality pattern at home and abroad and make a grand idea,has its profound historical background and realistic demand.Cultural exchange is an important action of “Belt and Road ” construction.This paper selected the culture exchanges in “Belt and Road” as object of study,put “Belt and Road” cultural exchange discourse of practical activities as a case,analysis a powerful force of cultural exchange discourse,especially the important value of communication between people.This paper mainly studies from four aspects:First,the “Belt and Road” cultural exchanges discourse is divided into two parts of official and folk culture communication,the selected time period is September 2013 to March 2017,count up “Belt and Road” cultural exchanges divided into cultural industry,art classes and education cooperation.Second,discuss the construction of “Belt and Road” discourse.“Belt and Road” discourse is mainly construct with ideas of “a community of shared destiny” ?“amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness”,to pass patriotic Chinese discourse and convey Chinese-style wisdom and other discourse.Third,analyze the mode of transmission and brand building process of “Belt and Road” cultural communication.The communication of “Belt and Road” follows close on the time need to develop,use method of omni media,including VR.And pay attention to build brand image of “Belt and Road”.Forth,explore the communication value of the culture exchanges discourse in “Belt and Road”.“Belt and Road” can help China to break through the international predicament and domestic development bottleneck,and also help to promote the connectivity and China international voice.In short,the aim of the culture exchanges discourse in “Belt and Road” is using the language that the world understands,tells the unique Chinese story,convey the thoughts of China,let other people understand China,enhance China's international voice,to master the initiative in the international public opinion field,to show the world a real China.In each other's cultural exchange,to achieve mutual understanding and recognition,develop jointly,achieve mutual benefit,to build “the community of shared destiny” of China and countries along the “Belt and Road”.
