With the German manufacturing industry made 4.0,followed by China with China 2025 plan,a lot of use for many years,the dominant manufacturing industry automation technology,is facing the fate of being the replacement.While a number have been considered to be high-end manufacturing industry automation technology,but also with the arrival of a new era,quickly into practical applications to become the new darling of the era.Manufacturing industry of the tire industry is a typical representative,as an important part of the car,the tire industry with the continuous development of the automotive industry and increased.Thus,the tire industry is also feedback led the development of rubber industry.Tire production line has undergone great changes,the traditional manufacturing industries producing state,has been unable to meet the development of today's tire industry,and improve the automation of tire production line,to the intelligent development is the best choice for now the rubber industry.Therefore,the first step,first control data from the operation site,and can manage the system field devices;and running through data analysis,site improvement process and optimize the management,and gradually transition to intelligent production lines.While enterprises in the increasingly fierce competitive environment continue to grow and develop,the tire manufacturing process are becoming increasingly complex,tact faster and faster,yield more and more.Efficiency and quality and to become the fundamental cornerstone of business survival,but companies need to support a long-term business development flexible and powerful platform to support the development of enterprises.In this thesis,the tire industry as a design model for tire production line equipment,research business needs,urgent problem,how to improve efficiency,reduce downtime,increase production levels;tire production equipment,real-time monitoring,fault conditions in real time online management,reduce operating costs.Build software systems and communication structures in the laboratory to simulate the PLC and the Internet hardware test environment,functional testing;function points after the test,the test site into the tire business,in addition to system functions,but also focus on observed performance.The level of demand for our customers to create the appropriate equipment online monitoring system for customers to solve their everyday just need to improve the information management level customers and provide better customer service,more professional guidance.Technical level,the research database of mass data storage and rapid implementation of the query,select and far more economical to meet the requirements of the program.
