The main task of price monitoring is searching and analyzing the price tendency of monitoring point and then feedback it to price policy to make the price prediction and warning. Price bureau has set monitoring point in everywhere but the points are too dispersive to manage, which could influence price bureau to predict and to warn the price. In order to strengthen the checking and warning to the price,it is necessary to design and implement a price monitoring and warning system for Linyi city.Before the design and implementation of the system we first analyzed the current advanced technology used by similar system, and then we determined the technical architecture of the system uses B/S architecture, through B/S architecture to design and implement the system to maintenance the work. In addition the system also uses a MVC view layer, control layer and model layer and java object-oriented languages to develop, and the system is based on J2EE platform, Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework technology to implement. By using SSH framework to facilitate the understanding of programming for staff. The final structure of the database tables and fields is carried out by SQL SERVER 2012 design.The system is divided into collection reporting management, data processing management, price data analysis management, early warning emergency management, information dissemination management, the monitoring system set up. Collection management includes task reporting management, reporting management, data review, feedback information; data processing management includes monitoring data management, monitoring, data access, task template; price data analysis management includes data comparison, graphical analysis, reporting analysis, summary report management, desktop chart management; early warning emergency management includes early warning management, emergency management, report summary, incentive management; information dissemination management includes publishing resource management and livelihood price management, index futures, website information, information verification, statistical analysis, SMS; monitoring system settings are divided into monitoring management, price monitoring personnel management, catalog management, reporting task settings, metering unit management, price volatility settings, set warning system, holidays management.The build and the use of this system structures a comprehensive price checking and warning system with reported data acquisition, information dissemination, data auditing and basic information management. It provides the price bureau a good price monitoring tool, and it will greatly improve the efficiency of business bureau price monitoring by the help of this tool and it will be ready to help the bureau to monitor price fluctuations in the various regions of Linyi City.
