With the accelerated process of industrialization,the risk factors and the environment are increasing,and the difficulty of controlling flammable dust or explosive gas is more and more difficult.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of hazardous sites,the system should be designed to be used in the early warning and remote control software system for the safety monitoring of industrial hazardous areas.The system is used to realize the purpose of monitoring and controlling the risk factors of dangerous places,so that the system can realize the essential safety by remote cut off the ignition source when the dangerous medium is out of control.Software system in accordance with the management process,respectively,to achieve daily dynamic monitoring,historical information call analysis,remote control,report analysis,user rights management,system maintenance,management and data export and other functions.The system itself has strong stability and security,and the man-machine interface is friendly,easy to use,simple and efficient.The development of this system can fill the blank of the current dangerous places,especially the monitoring and control of the dust dangerous place,and can play the role of change.It is an urgent need to protect the safety of life and property in industrial dangerous places.Around the core issue of hazardous area electrical explosion-proof safety,according to the characteristics of combustible dust and explosion gas dangerous environment and places proposed hazardous location monitoring software system needs,and to determine the required to achieve the objectives,the establishment of dangerous places to monitor the function of software system architecture,system function design and the software testing,system to find whether defects exist,according to the need to improve and optimize.This system uses the B/S network architecture model,based on the NET development platform and environment.The server operating system is Windows Server 2008,the client operating system for Windows 7.The whole research process is divided into three steps:1.Analysis the dangerous places electrical explosion protection safety technology and dangerous places safety production situation,put forward the security technology needs,so as to put forward the monitoring system software requirements and functional requirements analysis,to determine the system function goals and research and development platform and environment;2.According to dangerous places characteristics and regional division and refinement of dangerous places need implementation monitoring equipment region and environment,ensure the safety guarantee technology research and development of monitor and control software design will truly implemented and can effectively implement;3 according to the specific requirements of the software,the system is designed,the function of the modular system is designed,and the reasonable arrangement of the relationship between the modules is determined.Function of the system test and analysis,to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the system,etc.
