Chemical industry is the pillar of China's economic industry,while chemical production is also the weakest link in the field of production safety.Among them,hazardous chemical gas is the most hazardous chemical products,so the safety of gas monitoring is very important.With the development of information and network,the gas monitoring system has become an important issue in the field of safe production.Hazardous chemical gas monitoring system can monitor the leakage of hazardous chemical gas,thereby avoiding the explosion caused by gas leakage or poisoning and other security incidents.The traditional monitor system design is mostly for the lower computer monitoring node and the PC machine on the machine program,but the PC as a monitoring center with poor mobility and high cost weaknesses.Based on the actual demand,this paper constructs the hazardous chemical gas monitoring system based on Zig Bee.Among them,the design of hazardous chemical gas monitoring system hand-held terminal based on Zig Bee technology with remote calibration and inspection functions such as an important device.In this paper,the Zig Bee-based communication method and the minimumhop algorithm are used to optimize the wireless communication network.The multi-path is optimized as a single optimal path,which solves the problem of "explosion" and "overlap" of flood information.The hardware design uses the STM32F103ZET6 single chip microcomputer as the core microprocessor,and builds the function modules such as wireless communication,identification,data storage,display alarm,power management and so on in the periphery.Software on the application program designed to achieve the monitoring environment of the gas concentration and temperature and humidity parameters of real-time monitoring,alarm and data storage and remote adjustment of the next machine zero and other functions.In the end,this paper constructs the system test scene in the real environment,tests the time-consuming,communication distance and packet loss rate of the hand-held terminal,and analyzes the power consumption of the handheld terminal in the two modes according to the practical application..The test results show that the monitoring system has a short network time,and the network is stable and reliable and real-time.Hand-held communication distance is up to 1,000 meters,and in 1,000 meters data drop rate achieves zero.By testing the standby time in low power state up to 10 hours,to meet the design requirements and performance indicators,the hand-held terminal to meet the design requirements,with a wide range of markets and application prospects.
